“Ms Jacky” Walker has been a California state real estate licensee since 1991. Her background includes real estate marketing for one of the nation’s most successful independently-owned real estate brokerage companies, Fred Sands Realtors, and public relations writing for the nation’s largest mortgage lender, Countrywide Home Loans.
Her areas of expertise in real estate marketing include branding, campaign development, newsletter writing, media relations, e-communications, photography, and graphic design. She also has been a journalist, travel writer, and magazine editor.
A native Californian born in Monterey Park, Walker has resided in Sylmar’s Rancho Cascades area with her husband and pets since 1983. Her area of real estate specialty is West Sylmar (Rancho Cascades), as well as other areas of the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and San Gabriel valleys. Among her interests are historic site preservation, cooking and dog training.
